Terms of Service

Dear Customer:

This agreement is between BestPrep and the user. This agreement holds legal effect. Once you confirm this agreement, it will legally bind you and us. If you have any questions, please consult customer service on the official website.

Before registration, whether or not you have carefully read this agreement, as long as you click the "Register" button and successfully complete the registration process, your actions signify that you agree to and have signed this registration agreement.

Specific Terms of the Agreement

I. Statement

1. All ownership and operational rights of BestPrep’s services belong to this site.
2. The validity of this agreement is limited to BestPrep. All your actions using BestPrep are bound by this agreement.
3. We have the right to modify the terms of the agreement without prior notice. Please review the agreement each time before using the services.
4. We are not responsible for service interruptions or defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist users in resolving or mitigating any losses or impacts caused to users. Within our promised service scope, we are committed to serving you wholeheartedly.
5. BestPrep offers free registration services. Your registration is entirely voluntary.
6. Users explicitly agree that the risks of using the information services are borne by themselves. However, we will minimize errors and ensure the security of users' services to the best of our abilities.

II. User Management

(1) During your use of BestPrep, the content must not include the following illegal information:

1. Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
3. Damaging national honor and interests;
4. Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
5. Violating national religious policies, promoting cults, or spreading feudal superstitions;
6. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
7. Distributing obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terroristic content, or inciting crime;
8. Insulting or defaming others or infringing upon others’ lawful rights;
9. Violating other content prohibited by national laws, regulations, and administrative rules;
10. Conducting subject-related training or examination activities on the platform is strictly prohibited.

(2) Personal Information:

Users must:

1. Provide timely, complete, and accurate personal information.
2. Continuously update the registration information if personal details change to meet the requirements of timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
3. BestPrep is not responsible for any adverse consequences caused by false or inaccurate information, and we reserve the right to take action accordingly.

(3) Email:

Users should select a stable and secure email address during registration and agree to receive and read various emails sent by us.
If the user fails to receive or read emails due to issues with their email address or email receiving and reading programs, as long as we have successfully sent the email, it is considered that the user has received the relevant email. The recorded sending time in our email server is deemed the delivery time.

(4) Modifications to Terms of Service:

We reserve the right to modify the terms of service when necessary. Once changes are made, the modifications will be prominently notified on key pages. If you disagree or have objections to the modified terms, you may contact us for negotiation. If you continue to use BestPrep's services, it will be deemed acceptance of the changes.

(5) Account and Password Security:

Upon successful registration, you will receive an account and password. Please ensure the security of your account and password. Each user is fully responsible for all activities under their account. Users can change their password or create a new account at any time. If you detect any unauthorized use of your account or security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately.

(6) User Privacy:

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and privacy. Without your authorization or consent, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except under the following circumstances, for which we do not bear any responsibility:

1. When required by government authorities in accordance with laws, administrative regulations, or judicial interpretations;
2. Personal data leakage, loss, theft, or alteration caused by force majeure, such as hacker attacks, computer viruses, or government controls;
3. Measures taken to prevent others from being endangered in terms of life, body, or property;
4. Personal data leakage caused by your linking to other websites through this site and resulting legal disputes and consequences;
5. Personal data leakage caused by you disclosing your account and password to others;
6. Personal data leakage caused by your own negligence or carelessness;
7. Records on this site may serve as evidence of violations of laws, regulations, or this agreement;
8. If you find any illegal use of your account or security vulnerabilities, you should notify us immediately.

(7) Limited Liability:

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from improper use of this site’s services or the information transmitted by users not meeting the specified requirements. Such behaviors might damage our reputation, and we hereby warn about such potential damages while striving to prevent them.

(8) Termination of Services:

In principle, BestPrep will provide all promised services to registered users. However, we or the user may interrupt one or more services at any time based on actual circumstances.
If users have objections to any service terms or the modifications to the terms, or are dissatisfied with our services, they may contact us. We will make an appropriate decision after considering the interests of both parties.
If a user decides to terminate our services, it means their right to use the services ceases immediately. From that point onward, users have no rights, and we have no obligations to transmit any unprocessed information or incomplete services.

III. Annex

This agreement is revised by us and published on our website. The enactment, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of the agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

In case of disputes over the services provided, the parties should negotiate amicably. If negotiations fail, disputes can be mediated or submitted to the arbitration institution or the court where we are located.

(3)

If any clause of the agreement conflicts with the law, we may reinterpret it, while the other clauses remain legally binding and enforceable.
